About me
My professional background
Where I have worked and what I have done, in list form. For years I taught several subjects to psychology students at the University of Debrecen. At the Hungarian University of Sports Science I taught psychology subjects, as well as professional subjects in the sports psychology specialist training between 2018 and 2021. I have a degree in journalism, and for 10 years I was editor-in-chief of the yoga magazine Gjána Gangá. I hold international and Hungarian yoga teacher qualifications. I organised 6 yoga teacher training courses with a total of 70 graduates.
I have completed the first two levels of craniosacral therapy training, which is often useful for athletes and for people affected by burnout syndrome. I obtained my sports psychologist qualification in 2017; among my references I mention several athletes with outstanding results. I have taught and worked in practice in the field of crisis intervention and loss, an integral part of which is dealing with loss and grief.
