Éva Risztov

From September 2011, specifically in preparation for the London Olympics, we began supporting Éva's work with yoga and certain psychological methods.

Both the National Championship in Debrecen (2012) and the European Championship (2012) brought encouraging results. The crowning achievement, however, was the Olympic gold medal in long-distance swimming in London.

Márton Horváth

Márton Horváth is still in the U23 category, but he is already a two-time Hungarian senior champion (canoe marathon pairs with Márton Kövér, 2020, 2021). Also in pairs, they achieved their most distinguished results of 2021: a European Championship gold medal and a World Championship bronze.

Marci and I have been working together for a long time, and his exceptional attention and memory, as well as his excellent ability to integrate techniques into practice, have brought him significant progress in mental preparation.

Kata Huszti

In 2019 Kata Huszti won the first Hungarian Exatlon, for which we prepared together with regeneration and sports psychology techniques.

Krisztina Papp

In spring 2015 Krisztina Papp qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics in the marathon. From the autumn we prepared together with yoga methods, relaxation, breathing techniques, as well as by setting common goals and clarifying motivations.

Krisztina Papp was named "Hungarian Athlete of the Year" three times (2006, 2009, 2010). She is a multiple Hungarian champion over various distances.

FTC women's handball team

In May 2015, with two winning matches, the FTC women's handball team won the championship. The team secured the title with a brilliant performance in Népliget and a comfortable two-goal win in Győr, leading all the way.

Gábor Máthé

Alongside his training, Gábor and I began preparing together for the 2013 Deaflympics. The goal was to bring him into peak form for the July–August competition in Sofia.

Gábor's results and determination were convincing beforehand, but the gold required the use of several psychological methods and special yoga techniques. On 3 August 2013 the golden moment came, followed by two more Deaflympics silver medals in 2021 and 2025.
